Regional Marketing Manager - NAM

The Opportunity

As a Regional Marketing Manager, you will own the enablement, communication and activation of RIS go-to-market (GTM) Marketing for North America.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as liaison between US and CAN local marketing and RIS GTM - Marketing.

  • Champion the knowledge and understanding of the RIS PLCF and engagement model of the Go-to-Market organization.

  • Collaborate with global marketing teams to adapt and implement strategic marketing initiatives tailored to the NAM region to ensure the effectiveness of market activities in NAM market.

  • Lead and facilitates enablement sessions and workshops to enhance local teams' understanding and utilization of marketing assets within key commercial programs, including but not limited to solution selling, cybersecurity and competitive positioning.

  • Work closely with product teams to support the commercialization of products in the NAM region.

  • Establish and track key performance metrics for marketing campaigns, from lead generation to contract signing, collaborating with local teams to elevate the importance of lead management.

  • Enable global marketing partners and campaign leaders to receive key tracking metrics that are required for campaign success.

  • Analyze marketing data to measure the success of initiatives and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.

  • Support the implementation of pricing models.

  • Monitor and analyze competitive programs, providing insights and recommendations to local teams.

Who You Are

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing with a focus on activation and enablement.

  • Proven experience working in a global or regional role, preferably within the NAM region.

  • Strong understanding of marketing strategies, pricing, and competitive analysis.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work collaboratively across diverse teams and cultures.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.

  • Proficiency in marketing automation tools and platforms (e.g., Marketo, Salesforce, SMP platform).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in the healthcare or technology industry.

  • Knowledge of NAM market dynamics and regulatory environment.

The expected salary range for this position based on the primary location of IN state is $103,900 - $192,900. Actual pay will be determined based on experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other job-related factors permitted by law. A discretionary annual bonus may be available based on individual and Company performance. This position also qualifies for the benefits detailed at the link provided below.
