Summary Description: Responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction by maintaining high-quality standards in paper and packaging production. This position focuses on understanding customer needs, addressing concerns, and driving continuous improvement to enhance product quality and service excellence. Qualifications Key Accountabilities: Customer-Centric Quality Assurance: Act as the primary liaison for customer quality concerns and inquiries. Develop and implement quality control measures that align with customer expectations. Investigate complaints, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions. Process Improvement & Compliance: Collaborate with production teams to enhance product consistency and reliability. Ensure compliance with ISO, FDA, and industry regulations to meet customer requirements. Conduct audits and inspections to maintain high-quality standards. Customer Engagement & Communication: Work closely with customers to understand their needs and expectations. Provide proactive solutions to prevent quality issues before they arise. Lead customer visits, audits, and quality discussions to strengthen relationships. Team Leadership & Training: Train employees on customer-focused quality standards and best practices. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and customer-first thinking. Lead a team composed of quality engineer, inspectors and technicians to ensure excellence. Personal qualities Required Experience and Education: Minimum Required Experience and Education: BS in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in quality management within the paper or packaging industry. Required skills: Minimum Required Skills: Strong knowledge of ISO standards, Six Sigma, and Lean Manufacturing. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Effective communication and leadership abilities with a customer-first mindset. Preferred Skills: Experience with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices).
