This role performs detailed analysis, identify trends and define fields of opportunity for the line of business/function. Will be responsible to communicate complicated data, logic, and solutions in a clear and concise manner. This role works cross-functionally at all levels, including senior leadership, to drive strategy adoption and execution. This role uses a data-driven approach when collaborating with teams to inspire change and craft business growth. We are looking for a Business Strategy Manager with deep expertise in data, AI/ML, cloud and edge computing, or robotics. In this role, you will apply your knowledge to uncover emerging market trends and opportunities across high-growth sectors-such as Smart Cities, IoT, and Smart Factories-while leading pivotal initiatives that align with and improv our go-to-market approach. Critical Thinking: Ability to define problems, apply strategic frameworks, and formulate actionable strategies. (Required) Business Modeling: Deep understanding of business models, pricing strategies, and channel management. Skilled in building financial models, conducting qualitative assessments, and performing sensitivity analyses. (Required) Forward Planning: Demonstrates foresight in planning, with the ability to craft focused, achievable project plans. Adept at identifying vital data and engaging customers to drive successful outcomes. (Preferred) Executive Communication: Capable of distilling sophisticated analysis into clear, executive-ready written, visual, and verbal communications. Confident in communicating insights and recommendations to senior leadership, supported by a structured, analytical approach. (Required) Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the wireless, telecom, and broader technology sectors. (Preferred) Travel: Travel Required (Yes/No):Yes DOT Regulated: DOT Regulated Position (Yes/No):No Safety Sensitive Position (Yes/No):No Base Pay Range: $88,500 - $159,700 Corporate Bonus Target: 15% The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the role. The successful candidate's actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range. At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee's eligible earnings in the prior year. Certain positions in Customer Care are eligible for monthly bonuses based on individual and/or team performance.
