Job Summary
Our team at UT Dallas is seeking a Postdoctoral Researcher with expertise in III-nitride MOCVD growth. This position involves hands-on MOCVD growth, device fabrication, and electronic/photonic device testing.
Minimum Education and Experience
Ph.D in a related field.
Preferred Education and Experience

  • Ph.D. in materials science, electrical engineering, physics, or a related field
  • Proven experience in III-nitride MOCVD
  • Strong background in device fabrication and testing
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Grow high-quality III-nitride materials using MOCVD
  • Fabricate and characterize advanced electronic/photonic devices
  • Evaluate device performance through electrical/optical testing
  • Work with collaborators and mentor students
