Job Summary	Our team at UT Dallas is seeking a Postdoctoral Researcher with expertise in III-nitride MOCVD growth. This position involves hands-on MOCVD growth, device fabrication, and electronic/photonic device testing.
Minimum Education and Experience	Ph.D in a related field.
Preferred Education and Experience	Ph.D. in materials science, electrical engineering, physics, or a related field Proven experience in III-nitride MOCVD Strong background in device fabrication and testing Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Essential Duties and Responsibilities	Grow high-quality III-nitride materials using MOCVD Fabricate and characterize advanced electronic/photonic devices Evaluate device performance through electrical/optical testing Work with collaborators and mentor students
