Job Overview: Building on over a century of innovation, our Gardner Denver Nash division continues to lead the way in manufacturing high-quality air compressors. To maintain this legacy of excellence, we're looking for a Mechanical Design Engineer to oversee and coordinate all aspects of assigned sustaining, i2V (VAVE), NPD, and NTI projects, ensuring they meet technical, schedule, and cost objectives. As our Design Engineer, you'll take ownership of key projects and products, driving improvements in design, performance, and manufacturing processes. You'll apply engineering principles effectively while optimizing resources. Additionally, you'll play a key role in shaping long-term product and technology roadmaps, contributing to strategic planning and forecasting. The successful candidate will be experienced in all phases of the product life cycle, from concept to launch, and excel at building strong relationships across all levels and functions of the business. The ideal candidate will bring exceptional project management, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally with technical, business, and operational teams . This role supports projects and initiatives aligned with our 'Making Life Better' (MLB) vision and Annual Operating Plan (AOP), focusing on advancing our Centrifugal Multistage and Integrally Geared Blower product lines.
