Minimum to Midpoint Pay Rate:$69,388.80 - $90,188.80 / Annual

The Senior Internal Auditor will play a critical role in ensuring the financial integrity, operational effectiveness, and compliance of the organization. Working within a not-for-profit healthcare environment, the Senior Internal Auditor will lead complex internal audits, provide risk assessments, and ensure adherence to regulatory and industry standards. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, identifying areas for process improvements, and offering strategic insights to enhance the organization's overall governance and risk management framework.

This is a hybrid position

Education: Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field required.

Experience: Minimum of 5 years of auditing experience, preferably with senior or lead auditor experience and within healthcare or not-for-profit organizations.

Certification:CPA, CIA, or other relevant certifications are strongly preferred.

License: N/A

Other: Proficiency with audit software, data analysis tools, and Microsoft Office Suite. In-depth knowledge of auditing standards, accounting principles (GAAP), and risk management frameworks. Familiarity with healthcare regulations and not-for-profit compliance requirements.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify risks and provide actionable recommendations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with individuals at all levels of the organization.
