Job Summary:

The Program Manager will oversee the planning, execution and delivery of complex projects within the ISV and Hi-Tech domains and Google Cloud. With a focus on program management, delivery management and portfolio & project management the candidate will ensure alignment with business objectives. This hybrid role requires strong technical skills and domain expertise to drive successful outcomes

Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning and execution of projects within the ISV and Hi-Tech domains ensuring alignment with strategic business goals.
• Oversee the delivery management process ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and execution of project plans.
• Provide guidance and support to project teams, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
• Monitor project progress and performance implementing corrective actions as needed to ensure successful outcomes.
• Develop and maintain project documentation including project plans status reports and risk assessments. - Facilitate communication between stakeholders ensuring transparency and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
• Analyze project data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement driving continuous enhancement of project management practices.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices maintaining the highest level of quality and efficiency.
• Manage project portfolios prioritizing initiatives based on business impact and resource availability.
• Collaborate with leadership to define project objectives and deliverables ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Utilize technical expertise in Google Cloud and other cloud technologies to optimize project management processes and tools.
• Drive innovation and improvement within the program management function contributing to the company's growth and success.

Qualifications:

* Possess strong experience in program management delivery management and portfolio & project management within the ISV and Hi-Tech domains.

* Demonstrate expertise in Google Cloud with a proven track record of successful project delivery.

* Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.

* Show proficiency in project management tools and methodologies with a focus on continuous improvement.

* Have a strategic mindset with the ability to align project objectives with business goals.

* Display strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and drive actionable insights.

* Bring a collaborative approach to team leadership, fostering a positive and productive work environment.

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position depends on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
