Genesis10 is seeking a Senior Python Developer for a 6 month position with a corporate investment banking company. This is a hybrid position and requires being onsite 3+ days per week in either Pittsburgh, PA or Lake Mary, FL offices (no preference.) Summary: Full stack Python developer to help manage the configuration management database application Focus will be on stabilization and performance enhancements for the time being Qualifications: Expertise in Python programmer to help develop and maintain a multiplatform web API and services Expertise in Flask framework Hands on experience using Flask SQLAlchemy and Flask Blueprints Efficient coding is important, to build solutions with small footprint to reduce resource and database load on user interfaces Strong hands-on programming experience using TypeScript, JavaScript, CSS3, Bootstrap Working knowledge of Angular 9+ Experience using NodeJS, NPM tools Strong expertise with HTML5, CSS3, SASS, and writing cross-browser compatible code Knowledge of Flat box, material design concepts Knowledge of CSS pre-compilers like SASS and LESS Experience in writing test cases using Karma, Protractor and other frameworks and able to perform unit testing Experience with Source Control using Git/GitHub Experience with CI/CD using Maven and Git pipelines Expert in python programming Knowledge of Jenkins, Git, Jira Computer Science degree Extensive experience with the following Python libraries: SQL Alchemy = This is similar to hibernate to map DB objects to Python objects Flask and Flask related libraries Waitress Jinja2 FastAPI pyodbc, pyjwt, NumPy, Pandas Manage CI/CD needs, deployment pipelines using Gitlabs Self-motivated person able to work autonomously and as part of an agile team Only candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position.
