Brief Summary of Work for this Position
Provides organizational development consulting to local nonprofit organizations. Services include drafting policy documents, improving data tracking systems, introducing planning tools, and conducting assessments. This role works directly with nonprofit leaders and is responsible for coordinating action plans, scheduling meetings, and facilitating group discussions. Additional tasks include supporting QENO staff with making improvements to consulting services and the client experience. Those activities might entail designing internal systems and processes, designing standard operating procedures, or drafting educational materials.
Minimum Education and Experience Requirements
BS or comparable experience working in nonprofit management.
Preferred Education, Knowledge, Skills & Experience
Master's degree or comparable experience working in nonprofit management.
