At Parker's Industrial Process Filtration Division, we collaborate with our customers to offer filtration solutions for complex contaminant management issues. Our aim is to enhance product quality and safeguard critical equipment against maintenance issues and downtime.

The Industrial Process Filtration Division directly supports North America. In addition, IPF works with our global Parker Hannifin regional entities to leverage IPF products across the globe.

The purpose of this position is to provide customer service support such as: order processing, tracking order status, work within designated CRM, telephone communications and internal communications with other departments. Responsible for the direction and oversight of assigned customer accounts. Interprets customer requests, monitors performance and delivery, investigates complaints.

Essential Functions Include, but may not be limited to the following:

* Primary interface to the customer for daily questions.
* Participate in customer meetings when necessary

* Communicate with internal and external customers by telephone, email and Salesforce
* Administer non-technical changes and expedite requests.
* .
* Review and understand each customer purchase order.
* Assure price adjustments are implemented.
* Initiate purchase order (PO) review.
* Collect necessary information to process export licenses for shipping purposes.
* Process Return Material Authorizations (RMAs).
* Ensure technical questions are answered by the Business Teams.
* Responsible for ensuring obstacles preventing the entering of sales orders are resolved.
* Ensure logistics conditions are met in accordance with requirements.
* Complete special projects as assigned.

* Provide support to Demand Planners as required (i.e., web portals, customer forecasts, etc.)
* Review customer portals, incorporate PO releases, and changes in demand information.
* Adhere to the "I Am Parker" philosophy.
* Process credit/debit memos in an efficient & timely manner.
* Collect necessary documentation for new account setup after consultation with Business Team Leader.
* Provide professionally written correspondence to customers.

Inside sales experience, preferred.

SKILLS & ABILITIESEducation: Associate's degree in business, or related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience which has provided both theoretical and practical knowledge in the field. Professional entry level position. May have limited prior industry experience or worked with direction in student internship program.

Computer Skills

Proficiency (intermediate skills) in tools such as ERP, PowerPoint, Excel, CRM, and other similar software products.

PHYSICAL DEMANDSVision (Near) Sense of Sound (Ability to Effectively Communicate with Customers and Team Members) Ability to wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) (As Required), Occasionally stand, bend, stoop, walk, kneel, crouch, carry and climb, Occasionally lift and/or move 1 to 20 pounds.

WORK ENVIRONMENT Enclosed office environment. Occasional exposure to heat and cold while in production environment. Essential functions and basic duties have been included.
