Looking for candidates from minimal experience to expert level in structured cabling installing, terminating, and testing low voltage cables and fiber optic cables. Hiring for Level 1, 2, and 3 technicians as well as foreman's! If you meet the below criteria....APPLY!! - (This is the minimum requirement for the job) * Have your own transportation - will be driving to job each day * Great attitude and attendance * Experience pulling cabling in commercial environments (4 months minimum) * Pass compliance: Clean driving record, drug test, and backgrd. Hit APPLY! * Install, terminate, and test low voltage cables and fiber optic cables. * Route cable through conduit, above ceilings, and between floors per job specifications. * Read and comprehend technical schematics, operation manuals, maintenance instructions, and procedures. * Identify color codes for 568A, 568B, 6 strand fiber, 12 strand fiber, 25 pair, and 50 pair. * Provide or relocate cable and modular connections. * Assist in installation of communications hardware. * Complete projects within budget, on time, and in a safe manner. * Maintain high standards of quality and professionalism in workmanship, customer relations, and team interactions. * Submit all paperwork on time. * Adhere to all required project-specific and company safety requirements. * Conduct field training and second-level problem evaluation using documented procedures and available tools. * Provide timely feedback to customers and management through prompt, accurate recording and communication of problem systems and status. * Escalate unresolved requests using documented procedures and collaborate with third-level technicians and/or third-party vendors to formulate effective resolution action plans. * Recognize and analyze recurring issues and recommend improvements to prevent recurrence. * Perform other duties as assigned. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $30.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
