LCSW or LPCC

The LCSW/LPCC provides clinical services to patients regarding their mental health needs.This includes psychosocial assessments and utilizing individual, family, and group therapies that meet theestablished standards of care. Develops patient treatment plans with patient/family participation and reassessestreatment plans appropriately. Part of a multidisciplinary team that provides clinical services in an outpatientsetting.

Minimum Education, Experience, Training and Licensures Required:

• Master's degree in Social Work or Counseling, or higher, required from an accredited college or university.
• Must have unrestricted LCSW/LPCC license for the state of Kentucky.
• Must have thorough knowledge of the clinical aspects of the mental health field.
• Three to five years of health care or related social work/counseling experience preferred.
