Assistant Esports Coach

Position Overview: The Assistant Esports Coach will report directly to the Head Esports Coach. They will be responsible for managing 1 or more Esports teams within the CSP Esports program, along with the following duties:

Essential Duties:

1. Schedule and develop meaningful practices for players and teams to learn and grow.

2. Show up to practices and games prepared and focused.

3. Scout and prepare for upcoming opponents to help develop a weekly gameplan

4. Communicate with players weekly on goals and expectations for them.

5. Participate in program wide events to help foster connection between coaches and players.

6. Hold players and other coaches to a high standard outlined in the CSP Esports Code of Conduct.

7. Strive to provide a positive experience for all players while maintaining a competitive mindset in all competitions.

8. Report to the Head Coach with any concerns or changes that need to be made.
