The HR Coordinator provides administrative support to the HR functions.

Responsibilities:

  • Assists with the recruiting and interview process through applicant tracking, scheduling, communication with hiring managers, recruiters, and candidates
  • Performs customer service function by answering employee requests and questions
  • Manages Outlook calendars for conference rooms
  • Maintains application packets, new hire packets, benefits packets, etc.
  • Assists with planning and coordinating employee events and decorates the office for special events
  • Ensures appropriate office supplies are available and provides those to employees, as needed
  • Files documents into employee files and prepares new employee files
  • Cleans and prepares office space for new hires
  • Makes photocopies; mails, scans, and emails documents; and performs other clerical functions



Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Minimum of two years related experience
  • Knowledge of human resource principles, practices, and procedures
  • Ability to interface successfully with all levels of the organization
  • Ability to respond effectively to the most sensitive inquiries or complaints and maintain workplace privacy and confidentiality at all times
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
