PRIMARY FUNCTION Analyze and interpret complex data sets to provide actionable insights that support business decisions. Develop and maintain data catalogs and data dictionaries to ensure data governance and accessibility across the organization. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS * Collect, organize, and analyze data from various digital and print sources to identify trends, patterns, and insights. * Create and maintain data catalogs to standardize and document data sources, attributes, and lineage. * Develop and manage data dictionaries to ensure consistent definitions and proper usage of data elements. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and deliver solutions. * Design and build dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate findings effectively. * Ensure data quality by performing data cleaning, validation, and standardization. * Contribute to the improvement of data governance practices and compliance with data privacy regulations. * Provide recommendations based on data analysis to support strategic planning and operational efficiencies.

WORKING ENVIRONMENT: A fast-paced multi-tasking customer service oriented environment requiring a high degree of efficient and effective performance.
