Cloud Integration Specialist (Cloud Networking, Associate)

Summary

The MIL Corporation is seeking a Cloud Integration Specialist (Cloud Networking, Associate) to support NAWCAD mission partner onboarding efforts into Microsoft Azure. The focus of this work will be assisting with cloud technical support, Azure tenant configuration, and agile development coordination for migrating and integrating client systems.

This position is in Lexington Park, MD and currently requires a hybrid schedule with 3 days on-site and is eligible for Compressed Work Schedule (CWS). Schedule is subject to change based on company/contract requirements.

Responsibilities

• Support the onboarding of mission partners into Azure environments by assisting with infrastructure configuration and technical enablement

• Perform tenant setup, subscription and resource management, access configuration, and basic security and compliance support within Azure

• Collaborate with engineering, cybersecurity, and PM teams to support cloud implementation plans

• Use Agile frameworks to manage tasks and deliverables; familiarity with Azure DevOps (ADO) for tracking work and participating in Agile ceremonies is a plus

• Document technical processes and assist in creating SOPs and integration artifacts

• Conduct research and analysis to support technical issue resolution and propose solutions to emerging challenges

• Maintain a learner's mindset and demonstrate growth in support capabilities and cloud skillsets

Travel

Total travel is expected to be approximately 10% to CONUS sites

Required Qualifications

• 7 years of experience in cloud support, systems administration, or technical IT roles

• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Azure, including experience with subscriptions, RBAC, resource groups, or services

• Understanding of Agile methodologies; familiarity with tools such as Azure DevOps (ADO) strongly preferred

• Strong communication skills and a collaborative attitude

• Ability to learn and adapt quickly in a mission-critical environment

• Willingness to take ownership of tasks and deliver support with limited supervision

Desired Qualifications

• Azure certifications (e.g., AZ-900, AZ-104)

• Experience working with or supporting government or DoD mission partners

• Experience with infrastructure-as-code (ARM/Bicep/Terraform), container services, or platform monitoring tools

• Background working in cross-functional engineering or DevSecOps teams

Education

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline from an accredited college. Relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.

Clearance

All applicants for this position must possess a current Secret clearance and be eligible to obtain a Top-Secret clearance. Please note that the clearance process takes into account financial background aspects.

Salary at MIL is determined based on qualifications, experience, and contractual limitations. For this position, the projected compensation range is $110,000 - $140,000 per year.
