Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and data-savvy marketing strategist to join the WebMD Ignite Activation team. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker with a passion for data-driven marketing and a strong grasp of omnichannel campaign development. As a Senior Consumer Strategist, you will play a key role in supporting and guiding the planning and execution of marketing campaigns for leading healthcare clients. You'll work closely with internal teams and clients to ensure strategic alignment and campaign success.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development of strategic marketing plans, including brand positioning, audience segmentation, channel strategy, and budget recommendations.
  • Translate market research and performance data into actionable campaign insights.
  • Develop and contribute to audience strategies across print, digital, and marketing automation channels.
  • Create and maintain clear, concise, and compelling creative briefs for internal and external teams.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams including creative, digital media, analytics, and web to ensure strategic execution across touchpoints.
  • Present or support the presentation of campaign strategies, insights, and performance reports to clients.
  • Contribute to innovation by identifying opportunities to improve campaign effectiveness and recommend strategic optimizations.
  • Mentor junior strategists, helping to guide project execution and share best practices.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in a marketing strategy or digital marketing role.
  • Proven experience working with omnichannel marketing campaigns and CRM or marketing automation platforms.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Familiarity with reporting tools such as Tableau, Looker Studio, or Datorama is a plus.
  • Healthcare or agency experience preferred.
