Join our dynamic team as P&O Admin & Support, where you'll provide essential operational and administrative support across the region. About the Role

As P&O Admin & Support, you will work under general supervision to support P&O tasks across the region. Your contributions will help drive efficient operations, ensure smooth employee experiences, and keep our systems and processes running seamlessly.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver professional and efficient operational and administrative support to P&O teams, leaders, and employees.

  • Validate and administer employee transactions in HRIS, including offer letters, new hire onboarding, and position changes.

  • Serve as the regional "super user" for selected P&O systems and specific modules.

  • Provide guidance to managers and employees on local mobility matters in alignment with Global Mobility principles.

  • Organize, file, and maintain both digital and physical employee records and P&O templates.

  • Coordinate planning and scheduling for P&O programs, events, and meetings.

  • Manage inventory for P&O office supplies and new employee materials.

  • Process P&O invoices in a timely and accurate manner.

  • Lead the coordination of the yearly Summer Internship Program.

  • Collaborate with global and regional P&O teams on various tasks and projects.

  • Support initiatives related to benefits, compensation, HRIS reporting, wellness, engagement, learning, and development.

What We're Looking For

We're seeking someone who embodies professionalism, adaptability, and resourcefulness. The ideal candidate will bring the following qualifications:

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
  • High ethical standards, confidentiality, and strong interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to manage changing priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong attention to detail, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

  • A self-starter capable of independently completing projects.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with Workday HRIS is a plus.

  • Ability to occasionally travel locally (up to 5%).

Education & Experience
  • Associate's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.

  • 1-3 years of experience in an office environment providing administrative support.

Working Conditions
  • Office-based role with favorable working conditions (lighting, temperature, noise levels).

  • Occasional domestic and international travel required (up to 5%).

  • Physical tasks include frequent use of hands for typing and handling objects, occasional lifting (up to 20 lbs.), as well as occasional stooping, kneeling, or crouching.
