Join us as our new Recruitment Specialist

This position will be responsible for positions at Novonesis sites in the United States and Canada.

In this role you'll make an impact by:

  • Validating job profiles for assigned job postings and ensures the required approvals are obtained prior to active job posting.

  • Collaborating with hiring managers to clarify role requirements and optimize recruitment processes in accordance with service delivery models.

  • Recommending the appropriate channels for job postings, considering job boards, social media and/or industry-specific platforms.

  • Extending offers to selected candidates in alignment with organization policies, salary guidelines and legal standards.

  • Ensureing a positive, engaging, and inclusive candidate experience from the initial contact through to successful onboarding.

  • Coordinating and conducting final interviews, in alignment with service delivery models.

  • Facilitating candidate assessments, as applicable and inform candidate(s) of results.

  • Working closely with the TA Partner to ensure that all operational recruitment activities are synchronized with broader strategic recruitment goals. This includes aligning on approaches, sharing insights, and refining processes in consultation with the TA Partner.

  • Regularly updating and consulting with the TA Partner and other stakeholders on recruitment metrics, market conditions, and potential process enhancements.

To succeed you must hold:

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources or related field

  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite

  • Experience in Workday Recruitment System

  • Experience with OPQ assessments/certification (preferred)

  • At least 5 years' experience in a recruitment or talent acquisition role (if no degree)

  • At least 1 year experience with a degree
