Join us as our newQuality Operations Specialist
As a Quality Operations Specialist, you will participate in primarily maintaining the Quality Operations department at Novonesis as well as support and interface with other facilities when appropriate. You will interact with all relevant internal and external departments to ensure compliance to Novonesis' Quality programs including certifications and regulatory requirements. You will collaborate with regional and global counterparts to ensure consistency of critical processes. You will effectively work with local, regional, and global management teams and employees to direct global quality initiatives and ensure regulatory compliance. We support the entire organization by knowing the right quality from early research to the end customer. We digitize, automate, and simplify to have efficient processes, ensuring speed in our services and deliveries. We work consistently to and have healthy, motivated, and proud employees.

In this role you'll make an impact by:

  • Managing and participating in internal, external, and supplier audits.

  • Maintaining and contributing to a continual improvement program.

  • Coordinating and managing customer questions, inquiries, and complaints regarding quality.

  • Supporting and maintaining quality document management.

  • Collaborating with cross functional teams to manage product and process quality.

  • Providing expertise and decision making for product approvals.

  • Coordinating training for Quality relevant focus areas

To succeed you must hold:

  • Bachelor of Science with a minimum of 2 years related experience, preferred.

  • ISO 9001:2015 and FAMI-QS knowledge, preferred

  • Strong analytical and advanced problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to identify root-causes and participate in and lead process to resolve issues.

  • Ability to think strategically with systems and process understanding.

  • Strong interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to interface and collaborate with a wide diversity of people and build teams across functions and sites.

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.

  • Experience with networking and teamwork on local, regional, and global levels.

  • Extensive computer skills to include word processing, spreadsheets and experience with an Enterprise Resource Planning system.

Expected salary range: $68,000-$88,000
