Learn more at www.pavion.com Pavion and our family of companies are seeking a talented and motivated Associate Director Operations to join our shared services team. Primary Responsibilities: Program Development and Strategy:
- Implement comprehensive programming strategies aligned with organizational objectives
- Identify trends and audience needs to develop relevant and engaging content or projects
- Work with Director to innovate new programs or improve existing ones to maximize impact and efficiency within the field
Project Management:
- Oversee the planning, scheduling, and execution of programs or projects from start to finish
- Ensure that all programs are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget
- Monitor progress, performance, and success metrics for all programs
- Report out to Director regarding program strategies in response to feedback, performance data, or changing organizational goals
- Assist teams in developing daily cadence (backlog reviews, WIP reviews, PIM meetings, cadence calendar, etc.)
- Assist teams with challenges around capacity (sourcing additional resources -subcontractors, internal)
Team Leadership and Collaboration:
- Liaise and mentor the project managers, Ops managers, field coordinators and other staff
- Foster a collaborative environment, working closely with other departments (e.g., sales, finance, operations) to align efforts
- Provide leadership and motivation to the operations/project management team to achieve high performance
Stakeholder Engagement:
- Liaise with key stakeholders, such as Regional Managers, OPS manager, Project managers to ensure goals align with broader organizational needs
- Present strategies, updates, and performance reports to Director of Operations. *Assist in training development programs (tech training, new OPS managers, new PM's)
Quality Assurance and Compliance:
- Ensure that programs meet high standards of quality, consistency, and compliance with relevant regulations or guidelines
- Liaise with Director and assist with monitoring industry trends and best practices to ensure programming remains current and competitive
- Conduct program evaluations to identify areas of improvement and implement necessary changes (training, recommendations, etc.) within field operations
- Track KPI's, Identify low performing markets/teams, assist in building plans to drive betterment, report out on progress of underperforming teams to leadership
Basic Qualifications:
- High school diploma
- 7 to 10 year related experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Access, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Able to read and interpret financial statements
- Experience forecasting and budgeting
- Experience in relationship and client management
- Strategic thinker, experience problem solving and driving results
- Able to redirect and pivot based on changes in client needs
- Experience with change management
- Experience operating in a risk management and compliance environment
- Able to multi-task and work under tight deadlines
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Experience leading and developing a team
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business management, personnel management, project management or related
