As a Network Performance & Optimization (NPO) Engineer at Nokia, you will play a vital role in enhancing the performance of our cutting-edge 5G networks across North America. You'll join the Radio Service Delivery Team, collaborating with skilled professionals and diverse clients to solve real-world challenges in mobile technology. Contribute to the deployment and optimization of Nokia's 5G network solutions for diverse clients across North America. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve network performance issues. Engage with customers to understand their requirements and deliver tailored solutions. Analyze network performance metrics to drive continuous improvement initiatives. Embrace new technologies and methodologies to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency.
