Job Overview Join our team in "Doing the Most Good" as a Property & Maintenance Coordinator at our Adult Rehabilitation Center. We're seeking an experienced coordinator to oversee day-to-day property maintenance operations. This role is crucial in supervising maintenance staff, managing vendors, processing proposals, and ensuring proper facility maintenance across all properties. Pay Rate: $18.00/hr Status: Full Time, 40 Hours per Week Key Responsibilities Maintenance Management
- Supervise maintenance employees including training and scheduling
- Manage work orders and review completed work
- Develop and implement preventative maintenance processes
- Solicit and supervise third-party contractors for repairs
- Submit bids and requisitions for property projects
- May perform basic maintenance tasks as needed
Property Operations
- Monitor facilities for OSHA and TSA Property Guidelines compliance
- Conduct site inspections for improvements and planning
- Coordinate utility shutdowns with operations teams
- Research and recommend cost-saving opportunities
- Manage leases in coordination with Administrator/DOO
- Review and respond to Risk Management findings
Administrative Duties
- Maintain databases and files for property and maintenance
- Process purchase order requests
- Submit and manage property insurance claims
- Control property, utility, and product supply waste
- Participate in budgeting process for property projects
- Communicate with ARCC Property Specialist
Qualifications Education & Experience
- 3 years of experience in property/facilities management
- Staff management experience preferred
Skills & Abilities
- Strong communication skills in English
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software
- Experience with Archibus preferred
- Good speaking, hearing, and vision ability
- Excellent manual dexterity
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Required Certifications
- Ability to drive per Salvation Army Policy
Physical Requirements
- Regularly required to stand, use hands, handle, feel, hear, and talk
- Frequently walk and reach with hands and arms
- Occasionally climb, balance, stoop, kneel, or crouch
- Must regularly lift/move up to 50 pounds
- Occasionally team lift/move up to 100 pounds
- Specific vision abilities include close and distance vision
