WHAT TO EXPECT

As an innovation leader, we look for ambitious, forward thinking, open-minded and well-rounded individuals to join our global team. Located in our Salem, NH plant, you will be a Quality Inspector.

The Quality Inspector is responsible for ensuring that products meet established standards of quality, reliability, and performance. This role involves inspecting materials and finished goods using precision measuring tools, reviewing documentation, and identifying nonconformities in the manufacturing process. Success in this position requires a keen eye for detail, strong communication skills, and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key responsibilities (to name a few):

  • Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications; use standard metrology tools such as digital calipers and micrometers.
  • Conduct audits of manufacturing and quality control processes to ensure operational compliance; support corrective actions for identified nonconformities.
  • Perform product inspections using appropriate inspection equipment.
  • Support containment activities and audits as assigned.
  • Complete administrative tasks related to documentation of quality issues and corrective actions.
  • Effectively communicate quality concerns and out-of-spec conditions to relevant personnel and shift leaders.

ABOUT YOU

  • Previous Quality experience preferred.
  • 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with at least 1 year in inspection roles.
  • Ability to read and interpret basic product drawings in English-required
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Capable of working in a fast-paced environment while upholding quality standards.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a permanent basis without employer sponsorship.

Shifts Available

  • 3:00pm to 11:30pm - Monday - Friday
