Ballard Spahr is looking for a Senior Manager, Client Development to lead on key areas of revenue generation for the firm. This individual will work closely with relationship and other key lawyers, and provide support for assigned strategic clients. This position is hybrid and offers a work schedule of 3 days a week in a Ballard office, at one of the following locations: Philadelphia, New Jersey, New York, and Washington D.C. Why Join Us?

What We're Looking For:
Required Experience: Bachelor's degree and at least seven years of business or client development experience. Experience supporting or running individual client teams is a plus. Law firm experience, JD or MBA is strongly preferred but not required. An in depth understanding of the needs and expectations of law firms, and the capability to adapt to an environment with shifting priorities and diverse stakeholders.
