What You'll Do

As an Intern Data Technical Advisor, you'll be an essential part of the Campus Support team, helping ensure customer satisfaction through reliable and secure data services. Your primary responsibility will be performing data restores for authorized contacts, but your impact will go far beyond that. You'll maintain scripts and best practices, troubleshoot database issues, and work within a cloud-hosted infrastructure. Collaboration is key-you'll work closely with team members to meet customer needs, communicate effectively, and document your work thoroughly. You'll also be trusted to access live production data, always adhering to strict security protocols.

Who You Are

You're a curious and motivated student working toward a degree in Computer Science or a related field. You've completed at least one database course and have a foundational understanding of the software development life cycle. You may have experience in a support center or service organization, and you're eager to apply what you've learned in a real-world setting. You're someone who values teamwork, takes initiative, and is open to feedback and continuous learning.
