Impact the Moment We're currently seeking a Director, Enterprise Account Management to join our Higher Ed Sales organization. How can you make an impact? The Director, Enterprise Account Management is a leadership role focused on Enterprise revenue growth and team leadership. In this role, you will be leading a team responsible for landing new Affordable Access programs and new launches of Enterprise level software, through strategic planning, operational excellence, and fostering a positive corporate culture. This position involves leading the Enterprise Account Manager team, driving growth through adoption of newly launched enterprise software solution strategies, and collaborating cross-functionally to ensure long-term scalability and success. The ideal candidate will possess a history of achieving growth targets, building strong teams, partnering cross functionally, and fostering continuous improvement within enterprise sales teams. They should be adept at strategizing around new product launches, selling at the institutional c-suite level, and influencing stakeholders to adapt to changing market dynamics. They are agile, positive, and consistently balance the needs of the team with the strategic direction of the business. This role works remotely from a home office and is open to permanent residents of the United States. Travel for on-campus visits, team meetings and events is required throughout the year. The pay range for this position is between $108,000 - 150,000 annually, however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and location.
