Trident Seafoods is the largest vertically integrated seafood harvesting and processing company in North America. Summary:The Sales Support Analyst is responsible for optimizing the operational flow and system performance within the sales support function. This role focuses on identifying process gaps, inefficiencies, and technical bottlenecks, while driving improvements through system enhancements, process improvements and cross-functional collaboration.

  • Serve as the acting liaison between IT, business stakeholders, and sales support teams to optimize operational workflows and communicate requirements.
  • Lead development/solutions, testing and training for new tools and functionalities which support the greater team initiatives, by ensuring systems are efficient, reliable and aligned with business needs.
  • Lead all technical initiatives for the organization which require sales support user acceptance testing (UAT) - includes new system features, updates or process changes. Document test result and support.
  • Develop and/or direct the development of documentation for sales support, including job aids, standard operating procedures and reference guides. Develop and deliver training or tools for the sales support teams initiatives and support customer experience excellence.
  • Ensure cross-functional understanding between IT and the business teams by translating business requirements into technical specifications and vice versa through collaboration with IT Center of Excellence (CoE) team.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Supply Chain, Category Management, Operations, and Finance to improve customer touchpoints.
  • Monitor order management reports and key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas of opportunity for process/system improvements or training opportunities. Monitor reporting data quality and support audits or data cleanup initiatives.
  • Collaborate with Customer Experience Managers and Supervisors to analyze customer feedback and identify trends and areas for improvement.

This is a an exempt position with an annualized salaryrange of $80,000 to $90,000per hour.

Minimum Requirements

Required Qualifications (education, years of experience, KSAs)

  • A minimum of 3 years of sales support, business operations or a related technical support experience
  • A bachelor's degree in business, finance, supply chain, computer science, or related field, or the equivalent combination of education and years of experience
  • Experience leading development/solutions and testing functionalities in the sales support space
  • Strong understanding of order management and customer service workflows
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook and Excel

Preferred education and experience

  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving and communication skills
  • Experience with training development and delivery
  • Ability to collaborate across departments and manage multiple priorities
  • Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics 365, Salesforce, HubSpot) and customer feedback tools
  • Experience with e-commerce platforms and omnichannel customer engagement
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Work Environment

This is an on-site position based at the Trident Support Center office in Seattle's Ballard neighborhood, with the option to work remotely on Fridays.

In-office time takes place in a typical office environment: temperature controlled with adequate lighting and moderate noise. While remote, employees must provide appropriate home office space.

Physical/Mental demands:

While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to sit for long periods of time at a desk. Frequently required to finger, handle, or feel and reach with hands and arms. The employee is frequently required to talk or hear. The employee will occasionally stand, walk, and may lift and/or move up to 10 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include near vision for frequent use of a computer.
