The Executive Assistant will offer top-tier administrative and operational support to the VP of A&R and the Managing Director, ensuring their time and priorities are effectively managed. This role is perfect for someone who is extremely organized, resourceful, discreet, and passionate about working in the music industry. The position provides insight into executive-level operations and artist development while promoting efficiency in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. EXPERIENCE Your areas of knowledge and expertise that matter most for this role: 3+ years of experience in roles such as executive assistant, coordinator, or administrator; experience in the music or entertainment industry is highly desirable. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), G-Suite/Google Workspace, DISCO, and Dropbox; adaptable to learning new tools and systems in a dynamic and rapidly changing environment. Outstanding organizational and project management abilities, capable of multitasking, prioritizing tasks, and meeting tight deadlines. Excellent written and verbal communication skills; an attentive listener who communicates with clarity and professionalism. Highly detail-oriented with exemplary time management skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Professional and discreet in handling confidential information and high-level communications. Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively with individuals across diverse teams. Experience in coordinating large meetings, sessions, and events. A passion for music and an understanding of the industry landscape are significant advantages. Travel 10-20% Permanent
