Description We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Desktop Deployment Technician to support the rollout of 400 Windows 11 devices across their organization. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Windows operating systems, imaging tools, hardware setup, and end-user support. This role is critical to ensuring a smooth transition to Windows 11 with minimal disruption to business operations. Skills Deployment, Hardware, Imaging, Migration, Support, windows 11, Install, Technical support, Desktop hardware, Upgrade Top Skills Details Deployment,Hardware,Imaging,Migration,Support,windows 11 Additional Skills & Qualifications - Prepare, configure, and deploy Windows 11 desktops and laptops according to company standards. - Perform imaging using tools such as Microsoft Deployment Toolkit (MDT), SCCM, or Autopilot/Intune. - Migrate user data and settings from legacy systems to new Windows 11 devices. - Install and configure required software, drivers, and security updates. - Coordinate with end users to schedule deployments and provide basic training or orientation. - Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues during and after deployment. - Maintain accurate records of deployed devices, asset tags, and user assignments. - Collaborate with IT support teams to ensure post-deployment support and issue resolution. - Follow all IT policies, procedures, and security protocols. Experience Level Intermediate Level Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
