Your approach to identifying and engaging prospective talent will demonstrate our belief that people are our most important asset. You will gather and analyze talent market data, understand current industry trends, and provide strategic insights to key partners to implement effective talent sourcing solutions. Using your talent market knowledge, recruiting tools, professional networks, niche communities, and external partnerships, you will craft a strong sourcing strategy to cultivate pipelines of candidates and grow our talent community. You'll know how to utilize a variety of talent sourcing strategies and tools to deliver a diverse pool of talent to meet the needs of the current role, and who can also grow with us. You enjoy the challenge of matching individuals to roles and helping them to see how they'll fit in and thrive at Verizon. You'll enjoy collaborating with recruiters and hiring managers to bring great talent to their hiring teams. You are data savvy and can leverage insights to inform and enhance diverse strategies. For part-timers, your coverage will vary as you may be eligible for some of these benefits depending on your individual circumstances. The salary will vary depending on your location and confirmed job-related skills and experience. This is an incentive based position with the potential to earn more. For part-time roles, your compensation will be adjusted to reflect your hours. The annually salary range for the location(s) listed on this job requisition based on a full-time schedule is: $70,500.00 - $127,000.00. |
