What you'll be doing...

As the Associate Director of Tech Strategy, you will be a key leader in driving the technology strategy for Verizon Business's Next Best Experience (NBx) across all customer and employee-facing channels.

Responsibilities include:

  • Strategically leverage Pega CDH and related technologies to enable personalized and relevant interactions that enhance customer loyalty and employee engagement.
  • Translate business objectives into actionable technology initiatives focused on delivering the Next Best Experience.
  • Oversee the implementation of advanced decisioning capabilities, and integrating innovative AI/ML approaches to optimize all VBG customer interactions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate progress on the program to senior leadership and all program stakeholders.

What we're looking for...

You'll need to have:

  • Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience.
  • Eight or more years of relevant experience required, demonstrated through one or a combination of work and/or military experience, or specialized training.
  • Eight or more years of experience leading technology initiatives impacting customer and employee experiences, with a focus on Next Best Experience or personalization programs.
  • Five or more years of experience partnering with business teams (marketing, sales, service) and IT to deliver data-driven personalization solutions.
  • Strong expertise and experience in CRM and CDH technologies, particularly Pega CDH, and their application in optimizing Next Best Experience across channels.
  • Experience translating business needs into technology roadmaps and manage the implementation of decisioning functionalities.
  • Demonstrated solid understanding of predictive and adaptive modeling within Pega CDH for various AI enablement.
  • Experience incorporating AI/ML to enhance personalization and engagement within the NBx initiative.
  • Strong project and program management experience to drive program timelines and deliverables.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on improving business outcomes.

Even better if you have one or more of the following:

  • Experience in product management, pricing, and promotions, and their technological enablement.
  • Experience with agile methodologies.
  • Excellent communication skills to convey technical strategies and progress on initiatives to diverse audiences.
  • Solid understanding of customer experience (CX) and employee experience (EX) strategies and their application within the Next Best Experience program.
  • Experience with MarTech & Sales Tech platforms including Adobe Experience Platform (AEP).

The salary will vary depending on your location and confirmed job-related skills and experience. This is an incentive based position with the potential to earn more. For part-time roles, your compensation will be adjusted to reflect your hours. The annual salary range for the location(s) listed on this job requisition based on a full-time schedule is: $126,000.00 - $242,000.00.
