What you'll be doing...
  • Providing ongoing consultation to client groups and working closely with HRBPs to drive business unit initiatives through compensation policies and programs.

  • Ensuring governance and evaluation of the effectiveness of the overall compensation programs.

  • Reviewing proposed salary adjustments and ensuring they align with established guidelines, policies, and practices. Thinks big-picture and ensures any salary or equity reviews align with overall Company goals and direction.

  • Reviewing requests for job evaluations to determine appropriate leveling and compliance with FLSA guidelines.

  • Providing recommendations for job changes, prefix changes, and organizational design/changes.

  • Developing and implementing compensation communications.

  • Spending time on special projects and recommendations on larger initiatives impacting broad-based comp, such as enterprise-wide career progression and other transformative work.

  • Participating in business unit design/transformation sessions, providing compensation analysis that aids in decision-making.

What we're looking for...

You can take large, unfinished ideas and formulate them into thoughts to tell the story, which could include presenting to Senior Leaders. You're great at pulling together information to make fact-based recommendations. You're detail-oriented, organized, and appreciate the importance of meeting a deadline. You thrive in a multifaceted, fast-paced environment. You can work on both the comp partner piece of your role, but also thrive in the projects / strategic initiatives portion of the role as well.

You'll need to have:
  • Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience.

  • Four or more years of relevant experience required, demonstrated through one or a combination of work and/or military experience, or specialized training.

  • Financial analysis, compensation, or HR experience with an emphasis on complex analytical work.

  • Willingness to travel up to approximately 25% of the time.

Even better if you have one or more of the following:
  • A degree.

  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize and multitask in a fluid, fast-paced environment.

  • Demonstrated proficiency in using various compensation vehicles to build competitive and complex offers.

  • Knowledge of FLSA and DOL regulations.

  • Must possess excellent verbal and writing skills and the ability to communicate with senior management.

  • Proficient in the latest Word and Google Suite, including processing, presentation, and data analysis software (e.g., Microsoft Suite, MS Access, Google Suite, etc.)

Where you'll be working

The salary will vary depending on your location and confirmed job-related skills and experience. This is an incentive based position with the potential to earn more. For part-time roles, your compensation will be adjusted to reflect your hours. The annual salary range for the location(s) listed on this job requisition based on a full-time schedule is: $97,500.00 - $170,000.00.
