KEMET, a YAGEO Group company, is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to serve as a Configuration Management Administrator. We're seeking a skilled and detail-driven Configuration Management Administrator to manage and enhance our ServiceNow Configuration Management Database (CMDB). This role is central to maintaining accurate configuration data and supporting automated discovery across our IT landscape. You'll work closely with infrastructure and process teams to troubleshoot discovery issues, optimize integrations, and ensure alignment with the Common Service Data Model (CSDM) and service mapping standards.
