The Strategic Initiatives Analyst plays a critical role in supporting and driving key projects within the strategic initiatives team. This position focuses on analyzing data, providing insights, and working on strategic projects that align with the organization's long-term goals. The analyst will collaborate with various departments, gather and interpret data, and contribute to successful execution of strategic plans.

Essential Functions and Primary Duties

  • Assist in the planning and execution of strategic projects, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret data to provide insights that support leadership decision-making.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information, develop solutions, and implement strategies.
  • Support the end users when implementing or enhancing solutions, processes and procedures.
  • Support the strategic initiatives team in evaluating and prioritizing projects based on their impact and feasibility.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of process enhancements and nationalization improvements.
  • Ensure strategic initiatives align with compliance objectives and adhere to SOC Controls.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices related to the Third-Party Administrator industry

Preferred Qualifications

  • Analytical skills are necessary for interpreting the organization's strategic goals and implementing solutions
  • Risk Analysis

Minimum Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent required
  • Three to five years' experience in workforce in a responsible position
  • Must maintain licenses and/or certifications relative to area of responsibility
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate verbally and in writing both internally and externally
  • Proficient use of applicable technology
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Strong organizational skills, time management skills with ability to multi-task and prioritize
  • Ability to travel as necessary
