Our Intellectual Property Litigation practice is seeking associates with three to five years of post-JD experience. The positions can be located in Boston, Denver, New York, Palo Alto, San Francisco, Los Angeles or Washington, DC. Qualified candidates will have experience in the following areas: * Taking/defending depositions and motion practice. * Conducing written discovery, expert discovery, drafting pleadings and motions. * Inter partes review and/or ITC proceedings a plus. Qualifications: * Juris Doctor * Attorney must be licensed to practice law and a member in good standing in in the state/jurisdiction in which the position is based. * Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or Computer Engineering required. Equivalent industry experience in these disciplines a plus. * Successful candidates will have excellent writing skills, strong analytical skills, and a willingness to positively contribute to a collaborative work environment.
