We are seeking a highly responsible individual who leads with a Care Team Member engagement focus. The incumbent will have responsibility for our support team members (including MA's, PSS/ PSR's) at our busy and growing 4 story Behavioral Health Outpatient clinic located in Biddeford Maine. We are an easy commute, located just off the turnpike- with ample parking and access to the Eastern Trail walking path just outside our door. This is an in-person role, normally scheduled weekdays within the clinic hours of 7:30AM to 5:00PM. Our ideal candidate has prior leadership experience and is seeking a collegial work environment and prioritizes engagement within the team.

Summary:

The Manager - Practice Operations role is responsible for supervising both clinical and administrative staff and coordinating the daily operations to ensure a smooth workflow and optimum productivity while maintaining patient, staff and physician satisfaction.

Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)

  1. Education: Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  2. License/Certifications: N/A
  3. Experience: Two or more years' management/supervisory experience preferred. Hospital/outpatient clinic management preferred.
  4. Preferred: Knowledge of financials including AP and AR
