Senior System Engineer

• Responsible for ServiceNow system maintenance.
• Assist with workflow development and technical implementation.
• Will work with product team to deliver technical solutions within ServiceNow to integrate with other toolsets.

• Must have extensive IT experience in the analysis, design, and integration of information systems, commercial-off-the-shelf (COTS) and development software.
• Must be well versed in understanding structured analysis and design methodologies for the translation of systems requirements from business needs with a proven track record in SharePoint Online, SaaS, and Cloud.
• Must be able to evaluate cost factors and risk.
• Expert in SharePoint Online, Power Platform (Power Automate, PowerApps, Power BI, Power Virtual Agent) and Office Integration.
• Business Process Management.
• Must have basic workflow skills.
• Data analytics experience (Intermediate/Novice).
• Knowledge of solution architecture and system integration (SharePoint Online).
• Ability to identify and analyze business processes to be automated.
• Ability to design the automation process.
• Knowledge of low-level computer languages (web based).
• Basic coding skills (any languages).
• Testing skills to test automated processes.

Education:

• Master's Degree in Computer Science, Electronics Engineering, or other engineering or technical discipline, or equivalent PLUS 10 Years of experience.
• Ten (10) years of additional relevant experience may be substituted for education.

Clearance:

• The ability to pass a Tier 2/Moderate Background Investigation.

Location:

• Remote, USA
• Monday - Friday (8:00 AM - 4:30 PM CST)

Pay Range:

• The pay for this position ranges from $78,730 to $97,500.
• The actual salary offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
• Also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of compensation, such as bonuses.
