This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of modern sourcing techniques, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. This position will also manage clinical rotations, job shadowing, and the development of a residency program. Job Responsibilities: Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements, define candidate profiles, and develop recruitment strategies. Post job openings on internal and external platforms, including job boards, social media, and professional networks. Source, screen, and shortlist qualified candidates through resume reviews, phone screenings, and interviews. Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring teams. Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure accurate and timely data entry. Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings. Conduct reference checks and background screenings as needed. Provide a positive candidate experience by communicating effectively and professionally throughout the hiring process. Stay current on recruiting trends, best practices, and legal requirements. Contribute to employer branding efforts and talent acquisition initiatives. Position Requirements Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred) 2+ years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a related field. Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HRIS tools. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines, troublehoot, and resolve problems. Knowledge of employment laws and regulations. Ability to work independtly, exhibit mature judgment and make sound decisions. Ability to handle confidential information with the utmost judgment and discretion.
