Formulate data analytics use cases based on business priorities. Define data models and visualizations to achieve business objectives. Support the successful execution of business analytics engagement deliverables, including communicating complex technical concepts to senior client stakeholders. Provide clients services involving data warehousing, data quality, data mining, ETL (Extract, transform, and load), data cleansing, data architecture, master data management, and integration. Utilize technical and industry knowledge to identify complex client business challenges related to data governance, strategy, and stewardship. Contribute thought leadership to the development and evolution of Technology Enablement Solutions (TES) methodologies and intellectual capital, including publishing articles, writing whitepapers, or performing research in support of TES initiatives. Assist with proposal development. Provide oversight to teams of staff level professionals assigned to client engagements involving business analytics. Establish and maintain client relationships and professional networks. Demonstrate in-depth technical knowledge related to business analytics. WORK SCHEDULE: 40 hours per week, M-F (9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.) JOB REQUIREMENTS: Must have a Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Data Science, Business Analytics, Business Administration, Management, Statistics, Information Technology, or a related field, and 2 years of related work experience; OR a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Data Science, Business Analytics, Business Administration, Management, Statistics, Information Technology, or a related field, and 5 years of post-bachelor's, progressive related work experience. Of the required experience must have 2 years of experience with the following: TES with a professional services advisory firm or publicly traded company; Information access and delivery methods, analytics applications, tool portfolio, and data sourcing; Integration methods, including OLAP, ROLAP, and HOLAP; Data warehousing, data mining, ETL, data cleansing, data architecture, and master data management; Serving as an architect or designer for data warehouse and reporting services; and Data strategy, data governance, data stewardship, data management, and data quality programs. Travel to various locations throughout the US required up to 80%. Travel to various international locations required up to 10%.
