Data Delivery Analyst - NSK Corporation

The Data Delivery Analyst Role

This position is responsible for maintaining Automotive Aftermarket Application Catalog(s) published and electronic to Auto Care Standards that includes leading industry standards that include ACES, PIES, GTIN, etc. This position ensures that product applications, notes, images, and all associated information is accurate, complete, and current within the electronic catalog to meet customer specific requirements. Also provide periodic catalog content updates to data providers and electronic catalog services (WHI, Epicor, Vertical Development, Opticat, etc.) requirements and customers.

Responsibilities



  • Maintain and correct the application information, product information, and all part specifications within the catalog software, as well as maintain all part specifications for PIES and Catalog database.
  • Database management and maintenance of all vehicle part coverage including the evaluation, management, and analysis of OE information and research to identify gaps in coverage.
  • Support development and maintenance of the OE database.
  • Maintain competitive and OEM interchanges.
  • Product image decision and maintenance/updating PIES as required.
  • Provide timely and accurate ACES/PIES exports to key customers using specific load sheet by customer.
  • Produce paper catalogs as necessary. Includes coordination of output for printing.
  • E-Catalog Maintenance such as positing most recent e-cat of ACES, for Opticat, Epicor, WHI, and other publishers.
  • Coordinate and apply Vehicle Population Data (VIO) to application updates as required.
  • Research and mapping application carry up coverage (Autocare ACES).
  • Identify catalog process improvements. Implement changes as necessary.
  • Support Automotive Aftermarket team.


Qualifications



  • A Bachelor's degree is preferred; however, candidates with equivalent professional experience in a related field-such as automotive technology, warehouse distribution, parts manufacturing, service centers, retail, or dealership operations-will also be considered.
  • Thoroughness and high attention to detail.
  • Experience with managing large volumes of data and ensuring quality of data.
  • Knowledge of E-catalog Solutions and Automotive Aftermarket Industry including knowledge of Automobiles and its engineering.
  • Comprehensive understanding of Microsoft Excel and Access, ACES, and PIES.
  • Strong knowledge of and experience with databases (SQL, etc.)
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
