The Role

Our Consulting group is looking for Consulting Managers who can deliver within Cognizant's Five Pillars of Consulting Excellence, which are: 1) Project Execution, 2) Expertise, 3) Business Development, 4) Practice Development, & 5) People Development. At the Consulting Manager level, the ideal candidate will bring Business Analyst and Product Owner experience, preferably in the automotive industry (or manufacturing industry). In addition to enabling consulting excellence through the Five Pillars of Consulting, the specific requirements for this position are below.

Responsibilities

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.

Experience with Agile methodologies and tools.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Proven ability to develop and implement program strategies, ensuring alignment with business objectives and client needs.

Strong leadership skills to guide project teams, manage stakeholders, and drive program success.

Qualifications

Knowledge of industry trends and technologies.

Certification in Business Analysis or Product Ownership (e.g., CBAP, CSPO).

PMP, PgMP, or equivalent program management certification.

Work Authorization
