Position Summary:

Are you ready to drive the future of digital manufacturing? We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Sr. IT Analyst to join our Technical and Production product stream. In this pivotal role, you will act as a vital bridge between our IT and Manufacturing organizations, leveraging cutting-edge Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) to unlock unparalleled efficiencies and innovations.

  • Factory Mapping and DMO Implementation:Support factory mapping for the implementation of Digital Manufacturing Operations (DMO) with a focus on process integration. Configure DMO to meet factory needs.
  • Identify Improvement Opportunities:Identify gaps in existing functionality, troubleshoot issues, automate processes, and drive the development and implementation of improvements.
  • Training and Documentation:Train super users and end users on DMO functionalities. Create comprehensive training materials and documentation for the product area.
  • Program Analysis and Testing:Analyze, document, and test program development, logic, process flows, and specifications to ensure optimal performance.
  • Solution Support:Provide third-level sustainment support for analyzing and resolving solution issues.
  • Business Scenarios and Use Cases:Design business scenarios and use cases for the product mix, including product introduction and change management to maximize adoption and value.
  • Collaboration with IT Product Managers:Work closely with IT Product Managers to define the minimum viable product that fulfills business value.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED Equivalent.
  • 5+ years of experience in Operations, Operations Technology (OT), or Engineering Technology (ET).
  • 2+ years of experience configuring digital manufacturing technology or Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), preferably AVEVA Wonderware.

Other:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in IT or Engineering .
  • Experience working with SQL
  • Experience working with SAP

The approximate pay range for this position is $100,000.00 to $120,000.00. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills and abilities as well as geographic location. Nestle offers performance-based incentives and a competitive total rewards package, which includes a 401k with company match, healthcare coverage and a broad range of other benefits.
