Primary Responsibilities:



  • Serve as a key leader within the Media and Discounts team, mentoring junior team members and supporting business development efforts alongside the Head of Partnerships
  • Build and maintain solid relationships with internal and external stakeholders, driving the execution of partnership marketing strategies and initiatives
  • Oversee and manage relationships within the discount program's partner portfolio, ensuring frequent communication and leading monthly meetings to align on promotion planning and performance
  • Develop and refine target lists, leveraging our extensive network to identify and engage:

    • High-value CPG companies and retailers that can enhance brand exposure and consumer engagement through Healthy Savings
    • Advertisers looking to maximize reach within OF's Media Network


  • Negotiate and structure partnership agreements, including partner-funded offers, marketing placements/advertising and loyalty benefits
  • Utilize data-driven insights, customer behavior analysis, and partner needs to develop and implement innovative marketing solutions
  • Track and analyze key partnership performance metrics, including spend, engagement, and redemption data, to optimize outcomes and drive growth
  • Lead the execution of strategic growth initiatives aimed at expanding and scaling the partnership program significantly

Required Qualifications:



  • 6+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, account management, or related fields, preferably within CPG, retail, media, or loyalty industries
  • Experience developing prospecting strategies and building target lists to drive new business growth
  • Solid experience negotiating and structuring partner agreements, including marketing placements, advertising partnerships, and loyalty-driven offers
  • Expertise in partnership marketing strategy, partner management, and cross-functional stakeholder engagement
  • Proven track record of building, managing, and scaling strategic partnerships and/or marketing programs
  • Demonstrated ability to mentor and lead junior team members and contribute to team development
  • Demonstrated solid analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, track KPIs, and leverage insights to optimize partnership and marketing outcomes
  • Demonstrated excellent communication, relationship-building, and client management skills across internal teams and external partners
  • Highly organized with a solid ability to manage multiple partnerships, projects, and deadlines simultaneously
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, evolving environment with a proactive and solutions-oriented mindset

The salary range for this role is $106,800 to $194,200 annually based on full-time employment. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable. In addition to your salary, UnitedHealth Group offers benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
