Responsibilities
- Coordinate with other stake holders for implementing features and functions in a software product.
- Do simple (excel) reporting and ensure certain tasks are tracked and accomplished.
- Will assist with target manipulating, task reporting, coordinating with other teams, and keeping people aware of status.
- Implementing features and functions in product.
Qualifications
- Project Management Certification: PMP, PRINCE2, or CAPM certification.
- Thorough understanding of the stages involved in the project lifecycle from conception to completion.
- Experience with Agile, Scrum, and Kanban frameworks.
- Familiarity with ITSM frameworks like ITIL.
- Expertise in identifying, classifying, and resolving IT service issues using problem management techniques.
- Proficiency in using tools like Jira, Trello, Asana, or Microsoft Project.
- Skilled in using email, Microsoft Teams, Slack, and other online collaboration platforms.
- Experience with Excel, Power BI, or tableau for data collection and analysis.
- Ability to track and manage Service Now (SNOW) tickets.
- Proficiency in creating and delivering presentations using PowerPoint.
- Ability to gather and analyze data related to applications, operating systems, networks, and databases.
- Strong capability in performing thorough research and analysis to determine customer requirements.
- Expertise in identifying trends and areas needing additional support for proactive project planning.
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills for reporting progress and distilling complex technical information.
- Adept at engaging with a diverse range of stakeholders, including technical teams, vendors, and agency officials.
- Skilled in conducting and facilitating meetings, video conferences, and teleconferences.
- Knowledge in defining project scope, objectives, timelines, and milestones.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage multiple high-priority projects.
- Proficiency in conducting risk assessments and analyzing potential impacts.
- Ability to implement risk mitigation strategies to safeguard project outcomes.
- Ensuring deliverables consistently meet or exceed quality standards.
- Effective leadership skills to guide and motivate project teams.
- Expertise in collaborative teamwork, supporting the analysis of information and resource distribution.
- Ability to make strategic adjustments to project plans as needed.
- Ability to quickly adapt to new tools and processes.
- Strong attention to detail for meticulous project execution and control.
- Focused on customer satisfaction and service quality.
- Advanced problem-solving and analytical abilities.
Education:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Systems, Business or related scientific/technical discipline or equivalent PLUS 10 Years of experience.
- Eight (8) years of additional relevant experience may be substituted for education.
Clearance:
- The ability to pass a Tier 2/Moderate Background Investigation.
Location:
- Remote, USA
- Monday - Friday (8:00 AM - 4:30 PM CST)
Pay Range:
- The pay for this position ranges from $52,730 to $72,500.
- The actual salary offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
- Also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of compensation, such as bonuses.
