Donor Services Training & Development Coordinator - Phlebotomy Trainer

In this position, you would be responsible for the design, development, and delivery of training programs for the Donor Services (Phlebotomy) staff of ImpactLife utilizing Adult Learning Theory and Training Delivery guidelines. In this position you would also be responsible for collaborating with the Donor Services department to identify trends for retraining and training initiatives for staff.

This is a full-time position working primarily on first shift Monday through Friday with occasional, night/weekend shifts and travel within the ImpactLife service area.

What does it take to change the world?

• Minimum 1 year experience in a training or education setting with an emphasis in a regulatory environment preferred.
• A high school diploma, or equivalent, plus an additional 2 years of formal education is required.
• Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills and the ambition to motivate others.
• A current and valid driver's license and the ability to be insured by ImpactLife's insurance carrier.
• The willingness to drive within the ImpactLife service area.
• Pre-employment background check and drug screen are required.
