Our Company

Changing the world through digital experiences is what Adobe's all about. We give everyone-from emerging artists to global brands-everything they need to design and deliver exceptional digital experiences! We're passionate about empowering people to create beautiful and powerful images, videos, and apps, and transform how companies interact with customers across every screen.

We're on a mission to hire the very best and are committed to creating exceptional employee experiences where everyone is respected and has access to equal opportunity. We realize that new ideas can come from everywhere in the organization, and we know the next big idea could be yours!

About the Role

The way search results, social feeds, and even operating systems work are being re-written by large-language-model "reasoning engines." When answers are synthesized instead of clicked, the way brands create, structure, and measure content fundamentally changes. We're assembling a small, senior team to build the platform that lets the world's largest enterprises thrive in this new paradigm-where every piece of content shall be agent-ready as well as human-delightful.

As Principal Product Manager you will be responsible for the north-star vision, roadmap, and in-market success of web experiences built with Adobe Experience Manager.

What You'll Do
  • Lead product strategy and execution for websites in a reasoning-first web. Define key technical requirements and balance brand needs with consumer content consumption evolution.
  • Be responsible for the planning and coordination of strategic product initiatives from concept to launch, ensuring alignment with business goals and market trends.
  • Collaborate with design, engineering, product marketing, other product teams, and sales to align on product vision, strategy, go-to-market (GTM) plans, pricing, packaging, and business priorities.
  • Regularly engage with enterprise customers to gain a clear understanding of their difficulties.
  • Train sales, support, and consulting teams on how to sell, troubleshoot, and use the new technology being developed.
What makes you a great fit

Take everything you know about building data-driven SaaS and point it at the future of the web. You've spent eight years turning product ideas into enterprise reality-at least four of those years guiding large-scale platforms whose mainstay is data and AI. You're the kind of PM who cracks open Replit or Vercel v0 to test and idea, and already has opinions on the best vector store for RAG. When Google changes an algorithm or Core Web Vitals shift, you don't panic-keep shipping features that turn disruption into revenue. You speak the language of content economics, mapping answer-extraction to funnel math and inventing pricing that monetizes new value pools. In the boardroom you sell a moon-shot roadmap with poise; on Slack you drop dashboards before anyone asks. Your compass is data, your ethics is responsible AI, and we won't ship unless attribution, bias control, and copyright safety are baked in. If that sounds like your next arena, we're ready for you-let's redraw the web together.

Preferred Experience
  • Experience with Adobe Experience Manager, Optimizely, SEMrush, or similar CMS/SEO tooling.
  • Shipped features that leverage Schema.org, Open Graph, or knowledge-graph APIs.
  • Publications or conference talks on generative AI, semantic web, or web performance.
