Our company is seeking a Marketing Operations Campaign Manager who will lead the execution of multi-channel marketing programs and optimize campaign performance. This role is responsible for managing marketing operations, building lead-generation and demand-generation campaigns, and overseeing marketing technologies including Salesforce and Pardot. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mix of technical expertise, creative collaboration skills, and a strategic mindset to drive engagement and ROI. This high-impact role will work cross-functionally with creative, sales, and analytics teams to ensure seamless campaign execution, accurate performance reporting, and continuous improvement across marketing initiatives. Core responsibilities:
- Build and launch lead-gen, demand-gen and nurture programs across paid social, programmatic display/retargeting, video, email, direct mail as well as all other channels added to the mix.
- Collaborate with internal creative team and any outsourced designers to align ads, landing pages, website content, and all other assets with sg360 visual identity.
- Maintain marketing calendars-scheduling emails, social posts, direct-mail drops, trade-show promotions, etc. to ensure prospects and clients receive the right message at the right time.
- Serve as main user and administrator for CRM systems (currently Salesforce with Pardot/Account Engagement), Analytics platforms (including GA4), intent data platforms, digital display platforms, and all current and future MarTech, ensuring data integrity and proper integrations.
- Build automated workflows, scoring models and attribution reports that surface funnel health and ROI to marketing, sales and leadership teams.
- Monitor budgets, spending accuracy and anomalies; onboard new vendors; work with A/P department to manage invoices and payments.
- Maintain documentation of processes, naming conventions and dashboards to keep the growing team aligned and audit-ready.
- Work with Sales to translate campaign insights into enablement assets (one-sheets, playbooks, nurture sequences, etc.)
- Support the sg360 marketing team by fulfilling other reasonable duties during workload spikes or out-of-office periods.
- Willingness to grow with the position and shift/adjust responsibilities as the marketing department and/or organization grows.
Requirements Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years in B2B or B2C marketing with a mix of campaign management and marketing-ops responsibilities.
Required skills:
- Superior B2B email design skills, including proficiency in HTML, MSO, and CSS.
- Proficiency with or willingness to learn Salesforce CRM, Pardot/Account Engagement, WordPress, GA4, programmatic ad platforms, LinkedIn Campaign Manager; and all other tools and platforms that are currently, or will be, included in the stack.
- Demonstrated ability to review and suggest edits to clear, conversion-driving ad/email copy and interpret performance data into actionable insights.
- Advanced Excel skills for data manipulation; familiarity with SQL or BI tools is a plus.
- Stellar project-management talent with the ability to juggle multiple deadlines without losing the details.
- Comfortable collaborating across creative, sales, data, and executive teams.
- Willingness to take initiative when directions are sparse and/or plans are not finalized.
