Summary:

The Tax & Treasury Manager will be responsible for the coordination, preparation and timely filing of all required tax filings of Cook Children's Health Care System and its affiliates. In addition, the position is responsible for coordinating processes that need to be implemented in order to be in compliance with tax-related legislation. This position also manages Banking and Cash controls and supervises the System Cashier.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting. Master's preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years tax and/or financial reporting experience, in a healthcare or public setting is preferable.
  • Project management experience preferred.
  • Proven leadership and communication skills required.

Certification/Licensure:

  • CPA required.
