About the Role

We're seeking a strategic, analytical, and results-driven Senior Manager of Demand Generation to join our team in Englewood Cliffs, New Jersey. This is an onsite position.

The Sr. Manager of Demand Generation will lead planning and performance strategy across key paid media channels, including but not limited to Paid Search, PMAX, PLA, Affiliate Marketing, Paid Social, and Programmatic Display.

While day-to-day execution is owned by a dedicated Media Activation team at our agency partner, this role is accountable for shaping the media strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals, and translating performance into actionable insights. As such, this individual must have strong fluency in both business and operational media dynamics - acting as the connective tissue between internal stakeholders and the executional teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Media Planning & KPI Alignment: Define and align performance KPIs across paid media channels that support broader e-commerce sales goals and business priorities
  • Forecasting & Budget Planning: Lead forecasting of paid media performance and expected sales impact by channel, product line, and initiative (e.g., promotions, product launches)
  • Audience Strategy Development: Create robust, channel-specific audience targeting strategies leveraging 1P customer data and 3P insights to improve reach, efficiency, and conversion
  • Performance Reporting & Optimization: Lead weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance reporting, with clear storytelling, actionable recommendations, and trend analysis for stakeholders
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Act as a strategic liaison between internal stakeholders (e.g., brand marketing, analytics, creative, and e-commerce) and the media activation team to ensure plans are insight-driven and aligned across functions
  • Client Lead for Media Agency: Serve as the internal "client" on behalf of LG, providing strategic direction to our media agency partner and holding them accountable for executional excellence and results

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience in demand generation, digital marketing, or performance media strategy, preferably in a fast-paced e-commerce or D2C environment
  • Proven ability to drive media strategy across multiple paid channels with strong forecasting and KPI ownership
  • Strong understanding of both the business side (sales goals, product priorities, promotions) and operational media execution (platforms, audience tactics, pacing, and performance levers)
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional leadership skills
  • Demonstrated success in managing agency relationships and driving accountability from external partners
  • Fluent in media measurement, channel attribution, and performance storytelling
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and tools such as Google Analytics, Looker Studio, or similar
